Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

10. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep all information about Pod Plug, including sales data and commission rates, confidential.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pod Plug is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
