Purchase and Refund Policy

Vending Machine Purchases

All purchases made through Pod Plug vending machines are final at the point of sale. Products are dispensed immediately upon successful payment, and transactions are processed in real time via our cashless payment systems.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Machine Malfunction: If a product is not dispensed after a successful payment due to a machine error.
  • Defective Product: If a product received is damaged or defective upon dispensing.
  • Duplicate Charge: If your payment method is charged more than once for a single transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@podplug.com with the following information:

  • Date and approximate time of purchase
  • Location of the vending machine
  • Description of the issue
  • Transaction receipt or proof of charge (if available)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refund amounts will not exceed the original purchase price.

City Launcher Program

Fees, deposits, or payments related to the City Launcher program are governed by separate agreements. Please refer to your City Launcher agreement for refund and cancellation terms.
